- Get more sleep - at least 7 hrs/day.
- Adjust sleep schedule so that you become a morning person.
- Shower at night instead of day.
- Apply sunscreen every morning, and every afternoon, rather than just every morning.
- Be more faithful in using serums and facial moisturizers.
- Actually use up products before trying out new ones and forgetting about old ones!
- Stop buying so many products. Just use up what you currently have.
